Your Health And Happiness

Published: Sat, 12/06/14

Good Morning !

Or good afternoon, or evening, depending on when you see this.

I'm headed out to run a couple of morning errands,
then to take my daughter to work, then my usual
Saturday place...the gym.

At one point in my life, the gym was the place
where I went to build muscle, knock fat off my belly
and (brutal truth alert) feel better about myself than
I did before I walked in the door.

I equated physical fitness with overall wellness.

And there's definitely a cross over. Not caring
for your body isn't a deal breaker, but it does
make it harder to enjoy the other parts of your life.

And last I checked, we only get one go around
on Planet Earth.

But using any one part of your life to run away from
the other parts...it never works.

You can build up your business, checking account,
investment portfolio, etc. If you're lonely, you
still have to come back to you at the end of the day.

And you can dive head first into a relationship with
another...and never want to come out. It is glorious
to experience that love and mutual delighting in each other.
There's still an outside world to tend to.

And yeah...you can bring your body fat down to
crazy low amounts and get sculpted muscles.

You can make your body into a temple of narcissism.

You're still going to decline and die. There's no outrunning
age and time. It always wins.

I am refining and relaunching a personal development
based wellness and weight loss program that was piloted
earlier this year.

Yes, people got results. Weight was lost. Blood pressures
improved. People got more confident.

More than that, a sense of coming back into ourselves
was restored.

Your body is a part of you. Honor it.

And honor the other aspects of your humanity.

It's a package deal.

Going out to do the dance with life...starting
with a trip to get a fun package waiting for me
at the post office.

If you would like to be one of the first people
to get information on the total health program
that rolls out in 2015, please email me.

Subject Line: Total Health.

Because there's a great life experience with
your name on it.

Be ready.

Much Love,
Larry

P.S.: The other side of it, which I'm sure you already
know...when you have confidence in your body, it
absolutely crosses over to your finances, your
relationships, your peace of mind and spirit.

Still different skills to learn, for sure. But a
strong, healthy, lean body makes the journey
that much easier.
