In The Sauna With Larry

Published: Mon, 12/29/14

Hi [!firstname},

Believe it or not, this is going to be about
your health, your well-being and how
we can make them better. Just not right away!

So I finish my workout, and have a little bit
of time before I have to get anything or
pick anybody up.

Gives me time to do one of my favorite
things...head for the sauna.

Let me tell you, when you're sitting in 175 degree
heat, it becomes a little easier to relax...and say
what's on your mind.

Two gents were in there before me. They
were having a conversation about a movie
they both wanted to see. Don't remember which
one it was.

But the conversation veered off to how they knew
people who found ways to get bootleg copies,
and the best sites to watch fre*e versions of them.

Like I said, when you're sitting in heat that takes
the toxins out of your body, it's easier to speak
your peace. Plus I think I would have done it anyway.

I told them two simple truths...

1. If everyone stops paying for movies, the people
who make them won't have any incentive to keep
doing so. There has to be a balance between giving
and receiving to keep society moving.

2. When we value something, that value increases
when we pay fairly to have it. Whether it's a movie,
or a meal, or a training program...to try and cheat
the owner of it is a denial of your worthiness to accept.

If there's a movie I want to see, I am more than happy
to throw down my ten bucks and enjoy it, preferably
with someone who will enjoy it with me.

I looked each of them in the eye while I said it.
Nicely, but firmly.

They got it.

Here's the part where it's about you, and your health
and wellness. And your weight, if that's an issue.

I don't doubt for a minute most of the products that
are on the market are pretty good quality.

The shakes, the vitamins, the food supplements, the
skinny wraps, etc.

And the exercise equipment, the gym memberships...
same thing.

But those are the back end of the equation,
not the front end.

And too many people are using them as the quick fix
to get skinny.

Yeah...I said skinny. That's a miserable word. But
that's another story.

Wellness and a good weight happen when you feel
like you're supposed to be strong, fit and happy.

Trying to lose weight by cheating the process is
the same thing as not paying to watch a movie.

You might get to see it, but deep down you won't
get the satisfaction.

And in the case of weight loss and wellness, there
is always a correction. Always.

You might see some short term results.

Check back in a few months. Tell me what's happening.

And even worse, your confidence takes a beating when
the weight comes back, the energy goes down and
the numbers go bad.

That's why I started the T3 Method.

Total Transition Training.

Because when you feel good, right, energized
and ready for success.

The right tools really do become the right tools.

And getting healthy becomes fun, not work.

I know. I'm living proof.

And so are the folks who joined us in the pilot
group earlier this year.

We're in Pre-Launch until January 15.

If you join us now, all kinds of good things
will happen.

Much Love,
Larry

P.S.: More truth: the cost for the T3 Method
is stupidly cheap.

It's not fre*e. Can't be, or you won't find
any value in it.

But it's way cheaper than it probably should be.
I may have to raise the price at some point.

Next note will be about why it's so cheap.
There actually is a method behind my madness.
