(Plus A Gift) Three Types Of New Years Resolutions
Published: Thu, 01/01/15
Short and sweet...we have some travel
planned for today...
There are three types of New Years Resolutions.
1. Wishes. They almost never come true.
2. Goals. They come true a little more often,
but usually not.
3. Commitments. Real commitment almost always
come true.
Wishes have no power behind them. No willingness
to change anything around.
Goals have a little bit more "oomph." There may
even be a method to them. But still...no passion,
none of the stuff that will give them the energy to
push through the challenges.
Commitments - the real ones with a "no matter what"
energy behind them....not only will you do whatever
it takes to make them happen, you'll get rid of
whatever is in your way.
And truth be told...that's often the missing ingredient.
Pick one commitment. Just one. And turn it into your
New Years Resolution.
Make it real.
And if it has to do with health, wellness, weight loss
getting comfortable with your body...
