DANGER ZONE...

Hi ,

Here's what I just said to a group of Facebook peeps..

DANGER ZONE...

Saturday and Sunday are danger zone time
for many "five day dieters."

If you're out of your usual Monday – Friday routine
and looking around for things to do, it's an invitation
to recreational reading…especially if the weather still
isn't inviting you outside.

Here's a suggestion: take a minute to stop your usual
flow of thought…or as they say in tai chi… "sink and gather."

Collect your thoughts, calm them down and remember
why you were on this amazing journey in the first place.

Honor and respect your motivation, and yourself.

Give to and accept support from the people who are
moving with you.

And remember
who you are… magnificent, beautiful
and unlimited.

I meant it. I try to mean everything I say, but especially
when it comes to health, weight and energy.

That was my commitment when I started the T3 Method.

But of course since our weight loss activities cross
over to the other parts of our lives
, it means I need
to be straight everywhere else too.

So for my magnificent No More Holding Back
friends, I'll take it a step further.

Saturday and Sunday can also be danger zone times
for building business, advancing careers, tending
to your relationships, building new ones...take your pick.

They can also be incredible opportunities to
start new habits that bring you the kind of success
you've kinda, sorta imagined.

Same advice as above...

"Sink and Gather."

Remember why you're on your quest.

Ease up yourself...whatever blame and anger you've
been piling on

Decide your life starts TODAY.

Not Monday morning.

Now.

And then do what you're called to do.

Because when you find that kind of peace,
the way shows up.

Much Love,
Larry
t3 method

For Jen, Virginia, Amy and many others, that way
has been the T3 Method.

We help our bodies become allies on the journey,
not enemies.

And watch out...because we wind up healing
and growing in other parts of our lives as well!

Come take a look. See if our community is right for you.
