How To Avoid Easter Candy Coma

Published: Thu, 04/02/15

Hi There ,

My pals at the T3 Method and I just shared
our strategies for not going hog wild on the
crazy, copious amounts of chocolate and
candy that we'll likely be exposed to on Sunday.

(And maybe you have already been...sorry if
this is late.)

I'm not going to share everything we talked about.
That's for people who made the commitment to
be part of the T3 Community.

But I will give you the most important thing.

The lovely and talented Jen D. said something
interesting...

"I like chocolate, but enjoy the fact that I don't have a
muffin top anymore much better.
"

That's really what it's all about...Self Respect.

If you don't have a healthy sense of self...
if your desire for a moment of pleasure is
stronger than your desire to look, feel and
BE strong and healthy...nothing else will matter.

That's the first and most important thing we teach
at the T3 Method.

It also happens to be why Amy dropped seven
pounds in the last two weeks, but we'll discuss
that another time.  :)

And yes, it's a great start.

And no, it's not enough all by itself. You have to
know what to do and how to do it.

You are invited to join us.

Because if you're ready for the next great
chapter of your life, your body becomes
your ally in the journey, not something you
have to overcome.

going on in the T3 Method.

Much Love,
Larry

P.S.: Please understand...this is not judgment.
Some folks may be perfectly happy eating
all the usual Easter candy...and Halloween,
and Christmas...and whatever.

Everyone decides what's right for them. If
you have to be persuaded or guilted into
joining us, we don't want you.

It's not that we don't care about you or your
health. It's just not a priority. The time isn't right.

When it is...we'll be here.

But please...don't imagine any "quick fix" or
"magic potion" will get your weight where you
want it to be.

That's all about making a choice, committing to it,
and following the path that gets you there.
