You're not. You're smart enough to live your
life in a healthy way...even if you don't always
do it.
And it's not because anyone's holding you
back. You're strong enough and smart enough
to get around the roadblocks anyone else puts up.
The reason you're not getting where you want to
go is you let bad stuff hold you back.
Things go wrong. We get sick. We have accidents.
We lose jobs. Kids put demands on our time.
And we give up.
We don't believe we can get it back.
We lose faith in ourselves.
