Love Note

I'm not marketing or promoting anything.
Just reminding you how magnificent you are.
Strong. Resilient. Capable.
No matter what shape you're in right now.
No matter how badly you messed up.
Or how badly someone else told
you that you messed up.
You have love in your heart.
And it pours out in the strangest and
least expected ways.
If you messed up, ease up on yourself.
If you did something great, be proud.
If someone else hurt you, forgive them
as soon as possible.
Don't short circuit your own emotions.
Own the anger, the sadness, the need for
self-protection.
Just realize your entire being is based in love.
And connection.
You are great.
Go out and live it.
