Collateral Damage

in the middle of life changes.
Big ones. And small ones.
I applaud your courage.
You'll need it.
This is what I said on Facebook yesterday...

Even if you don't get hurt or lose something,
that risk is there. That's why it's called bravery.
It's never free."
Every change has side efffects.
And if you aren't willing to accept the side effects,
to deal with changing relationships, to deal with
changing finances, to accept failure and success...
You won't stick around long enough to
make the change last.
Every change has collateral damage.
Every focused and courageous change has
a whole new world of success, happiness and
self-worth.
Yes. Self-worth.
Because you honor and respect yourself when
you do the hard work of change.
And very often the collateral damage gets fixed.
Relationships get repaired or replaced.
New sources of money show up.
You heal.
If you are going through a major life change,
