You. Are. Different.

I asked a simple question yesterday...
Do you feel like you are different
from most other people?
48 responses so far...about 2/3 saying
yes and 1/3 saying no.
It really doesn't matter which answer you give.
What matters more is how you live.
Let's face it...all of us feel different from time
to time. We all feel itchy, dissatisfied,
misunderstood, etc.
Most of us will bury those feelings and never
take them out for a spin.
We'll go about our everyday lives, doing the
routines that keep us safe and secure.
Of course sometimes those routines are
anything but that. But we'll conveniently
bury that knowledge and play out our lives.
That wouldn't be my choice, but it's also
not the worst thing in the world.
In my opinion, what is worse is having little
flashes of desire for something better and only
acting on it halfway.
In other words, saying you are different, but
actually doing anything different.
And making little moves in your business or
personal life that help you feel like you're doing
something...but you're mostly standing still.
I get it. I've done it.
So let's just set it straight...
You. Are. Different.
Special. Beautiful.
But in order to keep it, you have to take your
being different out for a spin.
You've got act with courage and determination.
So you can genuinely have that different experience.
Sure, I can help you.
