Help For You

Published: Wed, 07/26/17

So...how can I help you?

I've seen that question be misused many times.

People say that because the real agenda is to
get you to buy something from them or join
them in a business venture.

Sure, I'd like you to buy something from me.
That's a good thing.

But if the value proposition isn't even, it's bad
energy. It's a lose-lose.

And as a professional counselor, I also think it's
unethical to sell something that won't add to the
well being of someone who's buying it.

So today, nothing is for sale.

Just a question.

How can I help you?

Here are some of the ways I've helped people...

* Getting the skills to feel better about themselves.

* Getting the courage to move out of life situations
that are hurting them or holding them back.

* Improving your skills at speaking or writing in
public.

* Making peace with past trauma.

* Finding new relationships, or healing old ones.

* Having a better relationship with your body, so
it's easier to lose weight, add muscle or be healthier
in general.

Those are the basics. Of course the results show up
in different ways for different people.

Sure, a better business or better career is one of them.

So again, how can I help you?

Reply to this note with your answer. Good chance I'll
answer directly, though I'm not promising.

I may put the answer in my blog, without mentioning
anything that would connect people to you. Confidentiality
is very important to me.

That's all for today. I'm gonna go message Joel Comm
to nail down final arrangements for Release The Hounds.
He's tomorrow's guest trainer.

Have Fun!

No More Holding Back

P.S.: Sometimes what people want help with is getting
better at asking for help! That's actually one of the hardest
things to do for many. If you get good at that, and at
using the help you get, you could wind up in a really
good life situation.  :)
