Hey Irma, _ _ _ _ _ _ _!

I'm not a big fan of storms, especially ones that
threaten people's lives and emotional well being.
So I'm glad that people are taking it seriously
and evacuating to safer ground.
But as I said on Facebook, it's important to
keep a sense of humor, to find something to
laugh at.
And since I'd probably get the wrath of
the algorithms, or some uptight people if
I mooned Irma as part of this note (or
flipped it the bird), I'll just leave it at that.
Do me a favor. If you're a Floridian (or a
Texan), as you get out of harm's way, please
remember to give your kids a safe place to
express their fears, sadness and anxiety.
It's easy to get caught up in the mountain
of things you have to attend to.
And also as I said on Facebook, if you'd like
someone to talk with your kids during this time
period, I've worked professionally with kids for
26 years. Message me. I'd be happy to donate my time.
OK, going to unplug for a bit.
