What The He*l Was I Thinking?

Published: Thu, 12/29/11

As much as I love life, and staying
focused and positive, for the life of me,
sometimes I don't know why I do it...

Why I go to those dumb-ass stories
on the Internet that have nothing to do
with the direction I intend to go.

And the worst part...

The Comment Section.

There's one floating around right
now about the 99 year old man who's
divorcing his wife over letters he
found about an affair she had in the 1940's.

As if that's any of our business.
As if someone else's private life and suffering
were a spectator sport.

The novelty of it being an older couple
has nothing to do with it.

The comment section was the kicker though.

The judgmental statements, the downright
hurtful and hateful things.  The sheer ignorance
and stupidity.

Yeah, I know.  Most of these people don't really
act so mean spirited in their day to day lives.

Or they're unhappy and looking for ways to
blow off steam...kinda like a driver who flips
you the bird when they know there's no
real consequences for their rudeness.

Either way, anything you do to judge someone
else...to take a piece of someone's dignity
away from them, to choose small mindedness
over compassion...

It just blows back on you.

If you want to be rich, figure out how to serve
the most people, in the most efficient way you can.

If you want to be healthy, get rid of the conflict
in your body and your heart.

If you want to feel love, create the biggest space
possible in your heart and soul.

That doesn't happen by taking pot shots at
people in distress.

It's not even about kindness.

It's about self-preservation.

HOW TO RECEIVE starts next Tuesday.

It's 20 years of professional counseling
experience at work.

And as I just told a gentleman over the phone,
it's about the important stuff I DIDN'T learn in
school.

It's skill and knowledge paid for in some
world class mistakes.

And it's the product of finding my own
health, wealth and happiness, in some
fun and sometimes bizarre ways.

And it's my way of serving the people
who are committed to being happy, rich
and strong.

Not just repeating the words, then heading
for the dumb-ass Internet stories.

For people who want to live it.

JUMP IN.  The water's warm!

Much Love,
Larry

How's this for awesomeness?

One of my coaching clients has three
Skype sessions left with me.

She just donated one of them to whomever
I choose.

I choose to give it to the next person who
registers for HOW TO RECEIVE.

It's what happens when you operate from
a place of feeling loved and cherished by
the world you live in...no matter what
your current circumstances are.

And it's what happens to people who
put their money where their mouth is...
who are willing to make a commitment
to their best selves.
