(Good News) Discouraged Or Dissatisfied?
Published: Sat, 12/01/12
Strange, how "Discouraged or Dissatisfied" can be good news, huh?
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. (smiling)
The difference between a Success and an "Also Ran"...
An "Also Ran" gets DISCOURAGED.
An "Also Ran" gets DISCOURAGED.
Discouragement shuts down energy and
either takes
comfort in self pity or anger and "those people" who
held
them back.
They find ways to live with the mediocrity.
A Success gets DISSATISFIED.
A Success gets DISSATISFIED.
They know they're supposed to be doing more
than they are.
They seek out role models and mentors.
They are willing students.
They serve. They exchange energy.
They see failure as a
learning opportunity, not a life situation.
And they BECOME their
success.
Which one are you?
Which one are you?
Answer honestly. No one else is around. It's just you and me.
If you are discouraged, there's not much I can do for you,
or anyone else for that matter. You have to find the will within
yourself to believe there's something better for you.
Or you may have to stop blaming other people or circumstances
for your failure. You may have to take a good look in the mirror
and see the problem clearly...it's YOU.
And then you have to be gentle with you. Because it's just as
easy get stuck in being pissed off at yourself as it is being pissed
off at someone else.
That's when you get to move from Discouraged to Dissatisfied.
Because Dissatisfied finds a way to get what it wants...the main
reason being it KNOWS IT'S WORTHY of it.

Are you Dissatisfied?
Wanna fix that?
Reply to this email. Subject line: DISSATISFIED.
I'm cooking up something that might be the solution for a lot
of people in 2013.
When it's ready, I'll let you know.
Off to the gym, then to a Skybox at Rentschler Field.

P.S. Once you KNOW you were put on this earth to have
fun, give and receive love, and yes...accumulate wealth and
fun stuff to play with, the way always shows up. Then it's
just a matter of being a willing student and learning how to
make it your reality. If you're willing to sit still and learn,
then DO the stuff you learn, we're going to have a fun 2013!
