Last Sunday, I sent you a note.

 

And today I turned it into a

LOVE NOTE at No More Holding Back.

 

It was one of the more important notes I sent.

 

Because most of us put ourselves in quite a pickle.

 

We inflict pain and suffering on our lives, more so

because of how we respond to what happens to us,

rather than the thing itself.

 

There isn't a person over the age of 18 who hasn't heard

that expression already.

 

The missing part...

 

We were put here to screw up, to make messes, to

create disaster in our wake.

 

And then to fix them. To get stronger, more loving,

more gracious and accepting of our human condition...

 

Our own, and that of our brothers and sisters.

 

Because not to go too far down this road, but we

really are OK.
